The date is absolutely after 1971, which is the time when the CPR knocked-down part of it’s trainshed and left trains sitting outside in anticipation to tear-down Windsor Station to build an office complex.
Fortunately, heritage pressure groups were able to have Windsor Station designated as a monument and prevent it from being hacked à la Pennsylvania Station.
